Ham, Cream Cheese & Cucumber Pinwheel Sandwiches

Ingredients

 100 g D’Orsogna Family Classic English Ham
 150 g Cream cheese, softened
 6 White or wholemeal bread slices, crusts removed and chilled
 1 Continental cucumber, cut into strips
 Salt and pepper

Method

Place your bread slices on your cutting board before spreading each slice with cream cheese.

Take a slice of D’Orsogna English Ham and place it on top of each slice of bread with cream cheese. Add strips of cucumber on top of the ham slices.

Roll each slice tightly into a roll-up, making sure the filling is secured inside, then wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap. Place the roll-ups in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Remove the plastic wrap from the chilled roll-ups and slice them into little round pinwheel sandwiches. Serve and enjoy!
